Prints, calendars, puzzles, art cards and other art gifts may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and carefully packaged for return.

Please contact me at coastalwaves17@gmail.com before returning an item so I can provide return instructions.

Unless an item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Original paintings, commissioned artwork and custom orders are final sale, except in the case of damage during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging. I will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund.
